Structural Epoxy Coatings and Adhesives

We formulate dual component poly-epoxide products based on epoxide resins and polyamide hardener constituents. They are thermosetting, highly cross-linked materials with excellent heat, strength, corrosion resistance, and chemical resistance properties. We can formulate with a variety of curative systems ranging from standard ratio additive technologies to thermally activated curatives with a range of activation temperatures. Because we compound these as 100% solids systems they do not have any hazardous volatile organic solvent components to evaporate.

Because of their high crosslink density they are extremely strong and resistant to very harsh exposure regimens. They can endure extremely high heat, compression, chemical exposure etc. As a result they are well suited to structural applications where excellent physical properties are critically important.
